At Platinum Gift Baskets, each gift is thoughtfully selected, carefully assembled, and beautifully prepared especially for you. Because our gift baskets and arrangements are often made to order and contain perishable or customized items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or delays after delivery.

Thank you for choosing Platinum Gift Baskets. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to create something special for you.

With each gift sold, we are proud to support many small-batch, and artisan businesses.

On rare occasions, there may be delays or issues with our supply chain.  We may substitute one or more of the items in your gift with a beautiful item of equal or greater value.  We promise to make your gift (and you) look great!
