Return & Exchange Policy

At Platinum Gift Baskets, each gift is thoughtfully selected, carefully assembled, and beautifully prepared especially for you. Because our gift baskets and arrangements are often made to order and contain perishable or customized items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or delays after delivery.
